Vision

We envision that everybody has access to shelter, food, clothing, and education for an opportunity to live a life of meaning, dignity, and purpose as an integral part of the human family.

Mission

We deliver compassionate support to people experiencing homelessness and all the challenges they face, from mental illness to drug addiction to health conditions, to help them recover, stabilize, and re-integrate into the community.

In positive social and learning environments, we provide supportive housing opportunities, recovery services, and vocational training to empower individuals to cultivate lives of hope, dignity, and meaning.

We exercise innovative leadership and advocacy to increase public understanding, support, and acceptance of people experiencing homelessness and the challenges they face.

Values

  • HOPE – We believe all people have the capacity for positive growth and change. We use hope to inspire and motivate ourselves and our family (those experiencing homelessness, our colleagues, and our community).

  • WELLNESS – We believe in promoting a culture that supports healthy and fulfilling lives. We use a supportive environment to foster wellbeing for ourselves and our family.

  • VOICE AND CHOICE – We believe in the right to choose and be heard. We use voice and choice to create meaningful outcomes and empowerment for ourselves and our family.

  • RESPECT – We believe in promoting interactions that are non-judgmental, transparent, and authentic. We use respect to guide all of our words and actions with ourselves and our family.

  • COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS – We believe in forming partnerships to share resources, knowledge, and experiences. We use collaborative relationships to strengthen accomplishments for ourselves and our family.
